The Number One Reason Your Heart Centered Work Is Fizzling Out

You remember being on fire when you found your teachers and mentors. When their perspectives on relationships, health, healing, living, and even dying lit the path that led to everything finally making sense to you.

Your favorite authors, speakers, coaches, teachers, healers, mentors, and spiritual gurus always seem to be speaking directly to you.

You can’t wait for their newsletters to hit your inbox.

You read all the books.

You keep up by attending seminars and retreats soaking up pieces of this and parts of that to complement your motivational, healing, or spiritual coaching practice.

You are trained and certified in several modalities.

You might even say ‘namaste’ instead of ‘thank you’ at a checkout counter.

You know you’re on the right path since becoming a more purposeful and authentic version of yourself, and you finally feel you are doing the work you were born to do.

The truth is, you’ve invested valuable time, money, tears, smiles and smudge ceremonies to up level internally, to get fit and strong externally, and to ignite and awaken your soul.

THEN SOMEWHERE ALONG THE WAY, YOU BEGIN TO NOTICE:

  • Your teachers and mentor’s words don’t light you up as easily.
  • You feel tired rather than inspired after sessions with your clients
  • You’re doing more scrolling on social media than participating. And the content feels a little more ho-hum than gung-ho.

You hit the proverbial brick wall and wonder if it’s something you’re missing or doing wrong.

The thing is, it’s not you, and it’s not your teachers, colleagues, mentors or clients.

The disconnect between you and your work lies in what you’re not doing.

THE #1 REASON WHY YOU AND YOUR HEART-BASED BUSINESS HAS LOST MOMENTUM: YOU’VE BECOME DESENSITIZED.

You haven’t taken time off between absorbing wisdom, information, and healing skills to implement them into your life and practice; It’s time to stop, exhale, purge, and regroup.

·       Take time off between learning and implementing new information. Your vibration is low, and your energy field is heavy. This fogs clarity.

Try this to help you move forward lighter, clearer, and re-energized!

For One Week:

1.  TAKE A SOCIAL MEDIA BREAK.

Take a social media break from everything except work related tasks. When we’re always taking IN information and not funneling, implementing, or expressing it OUT, we can’t properly discern if anything works, is truly in alignment with us, or even good for the clients who trust us.

2.  TIDY UP AND PARE DOWN.

Tidy up and pare down your services to your niche. Sometimes we add on modalities as a fear of missing out over keeping true to our distinctive, unique gifts.

3.  GIVE YOUR MIND, BODY, AND SOUL/SPIRIT A VACATION.

Give your mind, body, and soul/spirit a vacation during this week; eat high vibration foods, get plenty of sleep, get outside, get a massage or reiki to purge stagnant physical energy and clear and balance your chakras, and read a novel just for fun.

Remember, this is just one week of not absorbing new information in habitual ways and purging and relaxing in other ways to get clear on what truly matters to you, your work, and your clients!
