Corona Virus has disrupted the globe. It may have you feeling more stress than usual. You’re not alone.
I, too, experience moments of uncertainty (that’s just being a normal human). However, when stress arises within, it’s important to recognize that you can take steps to empower yourself, your energy, and your spirit.
What we’re experiencing now is a part of life. It’s nothing new. Indeed, life happens (and will continue to happen). We’ve all had our share of seeing tough times personally and globally.
This is why I often share that “life balance” DOES NOT EXIST and chasing it will only keep you chasing. Life always and in always will present change (you can bank on it).
When it comes to mastering your life better, then consider how to improve your own ability to self lead or self-mastery (your energy) and you’ll naturally self empower in ways that support you now and whenever life happens.
1. Deep breaths. You got this!
Like a winter storm, I prepared, just like you.
I gathered some things.
I got my family settled.
We’re washing our hands.

- Practice faith (click HERE for more on this) OVER fear.
How you choose to show up matters my friend!
The fact that an entire globe is connected and influenced by way of a virus, so can we be connected in other more positive, healing, liberating, and inspirational ways, too! (PLEASE read that again).
2. Choose To RISE (even though…)
Put your shoulders back, rise up, and keep plugging away.
What do you know you must personally work on that if you continue to ignore will only keep you living in
lack, scarcity, and mediocrity?
That’s a mighty BIG QUESTION to ponder and while you do that consider the following, too:
Your dreams didn’t leave you.
Hope didn’t go away.
The only way that could happen is if you left them.
3. Think about what you’re thinking about.
Think about what you’re thinking about because your thinking is generating energy that influences your day (every day)! The energetic momentum you build is what influences what you attract into your life.

This is important to consider, because stress has a way of setting you back to old habits and old programming.
If you want your quality of life to improve (and therefore improve the quality of what you attract into your life), then improve your quality of thinking.
4. See stress as your signal.
Stress energy is tight energy. When you feel it in your body it feels tight and yet no one physically tightened you. Yep, that’s energy! The good thing about energy is that it can always be transformed and you can do that!
If you can, meditate to raise your energy. It’s awesome and it works. If you now how to “let go” and “surrender”—SUPER! GO! GO! GO!
Everyone is different, and depending on the level of stress you feel, sometimes the go-to answers (like meditating) simply don’t work. You’re not alone and there’s nothing wrong with you!
If you can’t meditate then see stress as your signal to move your body. Tight stress energy struggles to move (therefore has trouble leaving your body). Ignoring and suppressing stress is like a ticking time bomb that only expands over time the longer you ignore it. Stress suppressed will only come out in later days in explosive ways. No bueno!
Instead, simply move your body! Exercise, walk, or simply stretch and you’ll naturally feel better and even position yourself to welcome more solution-oriented thinking!
