Do doubt that the first half of this year has had you feeling a wide range of emotions. The changing world is pushing everyone out of their comfort zones. You are not alone and it’s totally possible for you to employ some simple success habits no matter your present state and circumstance!
In fact, applicable and practical success habits may be the key to acquiring success AND a more relaxed state-of-mind in the process. This is important especially when we live in a time where more DIS-harmony is showing up at your door!
Have you felt it?
Everything from Covid19 to Murder Hornets to great white sharks swimming in waters they’re not known to habitat (YES… that’s happening right here near my hometown beaches). Expect the unexpected, right?
Have you noticed how some are using the discomfort of challenge to find success?
At the time of this blog, Mercury, Neptune, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto are all in RETROGRADE (and believe it or not, it’s supporting you)—but only if you choose it to allow it to serve you.
It’s all a part of the global shifting energy you’ve been feeling. So, it’s crucial to be aware of your energy AND manage your energy so you can more easily come back to a harmonic state (and therefore be more consistent with what you attract into your life—no matter what’s happening around you).
Without a proper understanding of energy, this can wreak havoc with your emotional state. You’ll see it in others too, by the way they recklessly react to life in general. That rock-bottom state is simply a physical way to express the deep yearning for FREEDOM!
No one likes to be confined or restricted!
I think we can agree on that…
So what kind of success habits can you apply when life gets crazy hard?
1. Identify fact over fiction.
What are you certain about and what’s an excuse? Be willing to examine and improve your underlying beliefs. Also too, examine who you get to be when you shatter an old belief that’s holding you back (think about that for more than a second, please).

2. Let fear be a training ground for more strength.
New levels in your life will challenge you—and it can be a good thing! Bring acute awareness around how much of your time is spent on making sure your fears don’t happen … OR … how much time you’re spending on making sure your weaknesses aren’t noticeable to others.
How much have you invested in creating the life you want to experience?
Can you feel the difference in how you feel your energy just by evaluating the questions above?
3. Practice flexibility AND discipline TOGETHER.
This is a month of extremes (and the Universe is wanting you to work WITH these extremes so you grow into what you’re here to do!)

June is not a month to push the body to extremes. So gentle movements to keep your body flexible will support the mind’s ability to be open and flexible, too.
Schedule it daily.
Set alarms if you need it and make moving a non-negotiable.
A few minutes a day will do wonders!
4. Practice discipline EXACTLY where you want to succeed.
Working hard for a few days and then slacking off isn’t going to yield incredible results. Successful people find that establishing a routine where you want to find success is one of the keys to making them a reality. This is because it allows them to be consistent in their efforts.
None of this means working long tiresome hours.
Schedule what you can DAILY to focus on that one area you want to find more success in your life and get going! This is what I call bringing physicality to the energy of intention (it’s what supports the momentum of energy creating the success you want).
Intention starts communication with the Universe.
