As a young girl with an intuitive reach beyond my awareness and grasp, I was often conflicted between what I ‘knew’ and what was being presented. Because I didn’t have evidence to support the whispers from my inner truth center, I chose to just go with the flow. This created some of my earliest and harshest lessons.
Ignoring my intuition was like holding a candle but choosing to navigate in the dark.
We are all designed to show up here with a map in hand and an inner GPS to consult when we come to an unmarked fork in the road. Our GPS holds the voice to our unique soul essence who remembers who we really are and why we are really here. It is sort of like a built in ‘life line’. We always have the choice to stop, take a few breaths, and gain instant clarity to our own next best step!
Some of us just naturally more wide open and connected to the field of consciousness than others, but we all have the same potential to connect with and to further develop our intuitive muscles, both inwardly and outwardly. The best part is, we can tap into this inner knowing at any time to instantly discern what is right for us and what is not by asking just two questions!
The following questions are paired to offer a deep dive into our soul essence where wisdom resides with no judgment of self. It allows our bodies, the authentic translator of our soul, speak to us. It completely bypasses the mind essence where our ego and protection based filters thrive in human form. Seeking outside opinions has its place, but ultimately, as leaders of our lives, only we can determine which paths to follow!
The next time you have a choice to make, ask it through these two gates:
1. Does it allow me to live peacefully in my body?
2. Does it sit right in my soul?
After you pass your query through the two questions:
• Feel where it lands in your body. Maybe notice the closest chakra center.
• Feel its energetic weight.
• Discern if you are pulling it or if it is pulling you.
If it feels to be pulling you, you will feel a lightness and ease, this is your consciousness saying yes, it is to be further explored.
If it feels contracted, you will feel a heaviness as if you are pulling it, this is your consciousness saying no, it is not to be explored at this time.
Intuitive sight will always identify where you stand in your life!
