You don’t have a problem with being an Empath, you have a problem with how to PROCESS your innate ability.
I get it. Being an empath can feel DRAINING!!

You can master your self and master how you process emotions and energy! And, when you do—WOWZERS!! The world opens up as if by MAGIC!!

- You can deeply feel all that is positive, wholesome, and healthy in others, and in the world. You love to help good people feel strong and help them to rise up!
- You also feel the dark side—the pains, the hurts, the mistreatment, the inauthentic, misdirected, cheating and misleading people around you. You see the untruths before they’re revealed to everyone else.
- You often feel exhausted, anxious, and burned out from sensory overload and tend to avoid crowds.
- If not properly understood, you can be MISDIAGNOSED with panic disorders, depression, anxiety, and turn to MEDICATION.

1. Tuning In To The Universal Energy
If you’re an empath, you’re likely already keenly attuned to the NATURAL world around you and with the Universal shifts. You can feel the earths changes. Have you ever wondered if people feel, hear, and “see” what you do? Do you feel subtle changes in the earth’s atmosphere? Do you get headaches before the full moon or during solar flares?
Start paying attention to moon and planetary cycles and instead of just “feeling it” … INTELLECTUALIZE the energy you feel and learn how it supports and supplements your life.
2. Using Water
WATER exhilarates your senses ESPECIALLY WATER FALLS! I highly recommend a properly placed water fountain in your home if you’re an empath (with water flowing toward your home and never away). Plan mini get-aways where you can be near a body of water. If you can’t…schedule time for salt baths.
Be sure to stay hydrated, too. Drinking plenty of water helps you flush out toxins and toxic energy.
3. Being Mindful of Your Environment
If you suffer headaches, exhaustion, depression from toxicity in your environment then be aware that AIR POLLUTANTS can EXACERBATE THIS (outside AND inside). Sometimes, the air quality of your home can be worse than the outdoors!
Be mindful of this and keep the dust at bay, clean up the clutter, and use as many natural and organic products as you can.
4. Going Outdoors Regularly
STAY VIBRANT by staying connected to EARTH (from forest to oceans). If you work in an office, make a new habit of removing yourself during lunch break to eat a healthy lunch at the nearby park.
Today’s digital world has all of us far too “connected.” Unplug. Go outside. Listen to the birds sing. Hear the leaves ripples in the trees. Let the sun kiss your face.
5. Eating Clean
If you are an empath and sensitive to the earth’s energy then you must work with the Universe, even through your food. Empaths tend to carry a little extra weight (it’s the body naturally protecting you with extra layers). Be mindful here because this doesn’t facilitate your natural talent and so adding to it by way of JUNK FOOD will only dampen your sensitivity and put you and your life in a tailspin!
Eat clean, healthy, and organic as much as possible. Eating clean supports the mind and your mental focus and clarity.
