Your INNER and OUTER world is a real way to take stock of your life and the part you play in how you’re living. Are you living small? Are you over convincing yourself and others that you’re happy and grateful (but don’t really feel it)? Are you reacting to life? Feel out of control? Are you suffering from “if only” syndrome (“if only ____________ then everything would be ok.”)?
Understanding that your outer world experience is a reflection of your inner world supports your ability to implement the power of the pause.
Your experiences in life (outer world) gives you continuous data. If you don‘t like it, then you must do the internal check (your inner world and energy) and you’ll see what’s REALLY GOING ON.
WHEW! This takes some courage to do, but when you do this you’ll grant yourself massive opportunity to upgrade your life if you so choose.
1. You’ll STOP Deflecting.
That’s right. You can finally STOP pointing at problems as though they’re separate from you (because they’re not). If it’s your experience then you are a part of the equation. By far, the best way to activate and inject positive energy here is to STOP seeing the problem and START seeing its purpose.
How did you invite the experience? Or… perhaps the experience (no matter how terrible to digest) is a necessary one for you to experience so you can see exactly how RESILIENT you are!! Perhaps it put you in the path to find the people you needed to meet to get you to the next level in your life.
Whatever it is, by shifting your mental state from “problem” to “purpose” you can ease the pain by reducing what you hate to loving what it taught you, instead.
2. You’ll Increase Your Capacity To Be Compassionate.
When properly understood, the moment you choose to see the purpose, you’ll see that WHAT IS—IS positive thinking. When you do this, you immediately LEND a more compassionate approach to any experience.
Your ability to see YOURSELF and others from this space will also enable your ability for personal GROWTH, and bring you the HEALING from pains you’ve held on to for far too long.
“those mean girls” aren’t so mean anymore (check yourself);
“that guy who broke your heart” was a blessing in disguise;
“my business / job isn’t working” reflects your own energy, too…

3. You’ll Value Community.
Without a community by your side, you’ll place yourself on a slippery slope back to old habits, old thoughts, and old behaviors. Those old behaviors don’t let you know they’re making a comeback. Oh no… They seep back in and take over and it isn’t until the next time you have a complete breakdown that you suddenly (and MUST) do something different for yourself.
When you’re willing to do the WORK and bring attention back to PURPOSE consistently with and for yourself, life begins to reflect back to you with new and improved results.
Purpose-driven high-achievers place themselves in communities (this is not family and friends and neighbors). I mean PURPOSELY choose a community dedicated to growth, personal development, healing, and spirituality. Your life has many areas that support your fulfillment (wealth/prosperity, relationships, emotional strength, physical health and appearance, and your spirituality). Finding a community that supports you, guides you, even safely pushes you… lets you safely CRACK OPEN and remove the blocks that were holding you back.
Placing yourself in a community also helps you see areas of your life you weren’t able to see for yourself. This is where the magic unfolds.
Can you imagine feeling like that attractor you always wanted to be? Can you imagine feeling ignited and inspired to take creative action in your life consistently? Can you imagine snapping out of the numbing routines and welcoming exciting opportunities?
Indeed, the right community and leaders will get you there. It’s why they exist and have existed for centuries. If they didn’t work, they wouldn’t still be around, right?
Something to think about…
