In a few days.. we usher in November and our last Mercury in Retrograde … and social media will be FLOODED with the messages of gratitude as well as caution and warning about Mercury in Retrograde.
Here’s the thing though, when you get that you are a Sacred Thumbprint of the Universe, you also get that you are Divinely designed to WORK with Her. You’re designed to GROW as are all living things—and YOU are no exception.
When properly understood, the Universal energy (any time of the year) whether it’s Mercury in Retrograde or not, are designed to support your path. It’s designed to propel you to grow and support you living your Soul Truth (your authentic self)…your “why you are here.”
For this podcast, I want to address gratitude that transforms…
I have a gratitude ritual I do every morning before I even get out of bed.
Each week I share a gratitude post in my Facebook Group… and here is what I find interesting and is the inspiration for today’s podcast.
I want to move past what often feels like superficial gratitude (the no-brainer ones)… like I’m grateful for another day, I’m grateful I woke up, I’m grateful for family…
We can do better for each other.
In this episode I give you specific examples how to generate and feel the life force energy with a deep gratitude practice.
It’s doesn’t always have to be hard… but it does have to be meaningful.
I want to lovingly remind you that the art of a good gratitude practice can empower you and position you to heal (help yourself) as much as empower you and position you to help others… and that’s a beautiful thing!
So when you consider gratitude think about things like:
- Your friends who support you, who don’t let you get down on yourself, and who aren’t afraid to speak RAW truth to you because they love you. Do they know how much gratitude and appreciation you have for them?
- Your accomplishments (in your professional and your personal world). What have you done that was completely up to you! Let this remind you of just how amazing and resilient you are!
- Your mistakes and “failures” that turned out to be the greatest lessons for you? They helped you grow, helped you learn more about who you are and what you’re about.
